This guide can help you successfully register
Chesapeake Chapter offers vendors an opportunity to sell antique motorcycles and parts that are 35 years or older.
Vendors must be current members of the Antique Motorcycle Club of America (AMCA).

Download a copy of the registration form (above), print the form and fill-in the information requested.
The 20’ X 25” vendor spaces can be purchased for $70 for the first space and $50 for each additional space requested.

Go HERE to see a list of vender spaces available. Scroll down from the vendor space layout for a table showing spaces available in green and spaces that are taken are in red.
2024 Vendors will have an opportunity to keep their previous spaces for the 2025 Meet. Chesapeake Chapter will send a USPS mailing to all 2024 legacy vendors we have not heard from already. If you had vendor spaces but missed the 2025 registration at the 2024 meet please contact us ASAP so you can keep your 2025 spaces. Call Mike Love at 301-633-8511.
We encourage Chesapeake Meet vendors to complete a registration for the 2026 meet in person at the 2025 meet. Come see us at the main gate admin office beginning Friday October 3, 2025.
Write in your first and second choices for spaces on the registration form.
Make check or money order payable to Chesapeake Chapter - AMCA.
Sign your registration and mail it with a postage paid, self addressed envelope and a check or money order made out to Chesapeake Chapter AMCA for registration fees (vender space total and camping fee) to

You will be mailed an ENTRY PASS after we confirm your vendor spot and current AMCA member status. Entry passes must be affixed to your vehicle. PLEASE NOTE: WHEN YOU RECEIVE OUR MAILING CHECK IT TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR VENDER PASS. IT IS SOMETIMES NECESSARY TO REQUEST MORE INFORMATION SO YOU NEED TO OPEN OUR MAILING IMMEDIATELY.
