​Scheduled Activities 
Thursday October 2, 2025 – 8:00 am … Vendors begin checking in at main gate and set-up of vending spaces. Meet grounds open to the public. Food available at Social Hall.
 
Friday October 3, 2025 – 8:00 am … Day 1 Chesapeake Chapter AMCA National Meet. Continued vendor check-in at main gate and set-up of vending spaces. Swap Meet all day. Food available at Social Hall.
 
Friday October 3, 2025 – 1:00 pm … Day 1 Vendor registration for the 2026 Chesapeake AMCA National Meet to retain long term vendor spaces.

Friday October 3, 2025 – 6:00 pm … Chesapeake Meet Banquet in the Upperco Social Hall on the National Meet Grounds. Go to the main gate to buy a ticket.

Saturday October 4, 2025 – 8:00 am
Chesapeake Chapter AMCA National Meet – Day 2 
AMCA Antique Motorcycle Show. Motorcycle Judging 10:00am and Swap Meet all day. Food available at Social Hall.
 
Saturday October 4, 2025 – 9:00 am Judging seminar

Saturday October 4, 2025 - 10:00am Antique Motorcycle Judging begins 

Saturday October 4, 2025 – 
AMCA Judging, presentation of awards - upon completion of judging.

Sunday October 5, 2025 - 8:00am preparing for departure and travel day.
